Membership Committee


Acts as the oversight for development and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment, retention and growth of the membership of the organization.

Objectives & Activities

  • Monitor success of the group networking/purchasing discount program
  • Review the dues structure to ensure the maximum revenues while preserving members dues equity
  • Monitor the retention rate of the members compared to goals
  • Assist in an annual volunteer member recruitment campaign.

Structure & Leadership


This functional areas is directed by the Board President, Executive Board and Executive Director. The staff liaison managing this committee is: Executive Director. The volunteer committee Chair is: Donnie Pascal


To qualify as a member, your company must be a member in good standing with the Chamber. Each committee member must commit to the above stated goals.


The committee meets monthly prior to the Chamber’s Board of Directors meetings.


Actively recruit new members to the committee and the sub-committees.

The Committee Chair serves at the lead and guidance of the Chamber’s President. The staff liaison and Committee Chair are responsible for managing activities of the committee that coincide with the business strategic plan objectives of the Chamber.
